Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a British/Lebanese lawyer and human rights activist and philanthropist. The graduate of Oxford University School of Law as well as New York University School of Law. Amal Clooney has enjoyed a long and successful career as an international advocate and human rights activist. The clients she has worked with have been numerous nation states, including the state of Armenia to fight acknowledgment for the Armenian Genocide by the Turkish government. Amal Clooney fell in love with and was married to American actor George Clooney in 2014 instantly becoming a household name in pop entertainment. Prior to that, she had gained a lot of recognition in legal circles and was respected by her capacity to defend clients. Her work covers a wide range of subjects including social justice, and human rights to representing multinational corporations in negotiations and litigating cases concerning the regulations of government.
